The launch of a new client website is a big deal at Ilfusion. We have an amazing team of web developers, designers and project managers who always seem to put together the most amazing sites that are not only visually appealing, but also functional, SEO friendly and easy to navigate. And they also manage to work in all the bells and whistles our clients request.

Our web developers are the ones who make sure all those bells ring and whistles – well – whistle. So what does it take to be a part of the Ilfusion Web Development team?

It should go without saying, but we’ll say it anyway – you need to be proficient at programming, specifically HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, PHP5 and MySQL. But the big deal at Ilfusion is WordPress – it’s the platform upon which the vast majority of our clients’ websites are built. You must be able to program custom WordPress themes within the designs created by our graphic design team and within the specifications given to us by our clients.

You’ll be getting direction from the design team and project managers, who will be getting direction from clients, who have a tendency to change their minds or think of “one more thing” they want. Our goal is always to give our clients a site they are 100 percent happy with, so being able to adjust to changing plans and priorities without losing your mind is a must.

In addition to delivering a site that satisfies our client, we also have to deliver it when the client wants it. We need individuals who understand what deadlines are and don’t mind occasionally going above and beyond to meet them.

If you think you have what we’re looking for and want to spend your days doing quality work in a fun atmosphere, send us your resume. We look forward to speaking with you!

The launch of a new client website is a big deal at Ilfusion.
