TXT4 Tarrant Cares: A Lifeline at Your Fingertips
Finding local help shouldn’t be complicated. In April, TXT4 Tarrant Cares launched to provide a fast, accessible way for Tarrant County residents to connect with essential services close to home. J.O. Agency was honored to develop the full creative strategy — combining digital and outdoor marketing tactics — to raise awareness for this critical new resource.
J.O.’s Strategic Vision

J.O.’s Campaign Development & Execution Approach
J.O. created a bilingual campaign centered on immediate action with the simple message: text “FIND” to 67629 for zip code-specific assistance. The team:
- Developed clear messaging for food, rent, and SNAP benefit assistance in English and Spanish
- Deployed multi-channel media including in-bus ads, bus benches, and Spotify audio ads
- Distributed 10,000 bilingual door hangers in targeted neighborhoods
- Created wallet cards for social service organizations to distribute directly
- Designed bold, clear messaging to drive immediate action upon viewing
- Developed bilingual creative assets for outdoor, digital, and print media
- Placed in-bus advertising and branded bus benches in high-need areas
- Produced Spotify audio campaigns with geo-targeted delivery
- Designed and printed 10,000 bilingual door hangers for direct neighborhood outreach
